No Taboos Turkey Talk Session
Have you always been fascinated about Turkey and what makes it so unique?
Do you want to have a better understanding of its politics, culture and business landscape?
This is a unique chance to get yourself acquainted with the country through locals with a global mindset that would speak your language. Rest assured you’ll learn a lot regardless of if you are an academic, business person, politician, prospective investor or simply have a curious mind.
The agenda could be completely tailored but if you do not have any specific requests, we spend the first 30 minutes introducing Turkey’s modern history since the beginning of the young republic in 1923 focusing mainly on historical, economical and political aspects.
In the second 30 minutes we enter a conversation where you will able to ask anything you’ve ever wanted to about Turkey: be it controversial political issues, Turkey’s image in the Western media, its future, its economy, as well as our personal take on who is the best football team in Turkey:)
With this experience our aim to show the Turkish mentality, politics, economy or any other aspect of our lives that you wouldn’t be able to hear anywhere else.
We will have the chat in a friendly environment where we will share a drink (beer / tea / coffee, etc.) or two of your choice.

The idea of this tour came from recent travels to Russia and Hungry where we couldn’t find someone who’d enlighten us about some of the challenging issues their countries are facing and give an unbiased personal opinion to the extent that is possible, or at least provide us with two sides in many important issues so that we can make up our own minds.
